Tavana is stoked to be performing at Surfer [THE BAR] on Saturday, March 24th. Tavana will be featuring the legendary Leon Mobley from Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals as well as sponsored surfer and 13 year old musical up-and-comer Lo'he! Leon Mobley is a world famous percussionist and drummer, founder and musical director of Da Lion and Djimbe West African Drummers and Dancers and a member of Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals. He has also worked with Damian Marley and Nas. Lo'he Laanui is a singer and surfer from Oahu's North Shore. Lo'he recently performed with Tavana at both Hawaiian Brian's and the Hyatt Centric. Lo'he also was honored to perform Eddie Aikau's song 'Hokulea' at an event held for Hokulea and Buffalo Keaulana at which Governor Ige and Mayor Caldwell proclaimed Buffalo Keaulana as the honorary Mayor of Makaha. He's quickly making a name for him self both on the waves and on the stage. If you haven't seen him sing yet, you definitely won't want to miss this show!
